Sunstone is basically bottled sunshine in crystal form. It’s known for boosting joy, encouraging a more optimistic outlook, and giving you that little spark of courage when you need to speak up, show up, or finally go after what you really want.

This warm, glowing stone is a variety of feldspar that often contains tiny inclusions of hematite or goethite, which create its signature shimmer known as aventurescence. Formed deep within the Earth over millions of years, those sparkly flecks catch the light and make each piece look like it’s glowing from the inside out.
